Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information RayForgeX Technologies ("RayForgeX", "we", "us") collects through the RayForgeX Academy website and platform, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Account information you provide directly: name, email address, phone number, and optional profile details (gender, date of birth, occupation, company, job title) used to personalise enrollment applications.

Payment information: payments are processed entirely by Razorpay. We receive confirmation that a payment succeeded and its amount, but we never receive or store your card, UPI ID, or bank account details.

Usage information: course enrollments, lesson progress, and quiz scores, so you can track your own learning progress and resume where you left off.

Communications: messages you send us through the contact form, including your name, email, and message content.

• To create and manage your account and course enrollments
• To process payments and send enrollment/payment confirmations
• To track your learning progress within a course
• To respond to support or contact form inquiries
• To send account-related emails (e.g. password reset links)

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

When you sign in, a session token is stored in your browser's local storage to keep you signed in. It is not shared with third parties and is removed when you sign out.

We rely on the following third parties to operate the Platform:

• Razorpay — payment processing. Razorpay's own privacy policy governs how it handles your payment details.
• Microsoft Azure — application and database hosting.
• Email delivery provider — used only to send account and transactional emails (e.g. invites, password resets, payment confirmations).

We retain your account and enrollment information for as long as your account is active, and payment records for as long as required for accounting and legal purposes. You may request deletion of your account as described below.

You can review and update most of your profile information from your account settings at any time. To request a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion of your account, contact us at contact@rayforgex.ai. Note that we may need to retain certain payment records even after account deletion, as required by Indian tax and accounting law.

We use industry-standard measures — including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and access controls — to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data to the best of our ability.

The Platform is intended for users capable of entering into a binding agreement under Indian law. We do not knowingly collect data from children without appropriate parental or guardian involvement.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date above.
